They say "We produce great tasting, high quality salamis and chorizo on our farm near Worcester. We follow authentic style recipes using quality ingredients to create a variety of salamis and a spanish-style chorizo. They are all made by hand and then air dried for up to 5 weeks until they are ready to eat.

The salami and chorizo are created in our farm butchery. We then package and label the products, again on the farm, which enables us to lower food miles.

We value high animal welfare standards and therefore only use Packington Pork who are a RSPCA accredited farm – all of their pigs are free range."
