RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to enjoy everything as much as we do so if you have any issues with your delivery at all please contact us at info@thebritishdeli.co.uk

Any returns need to be with us within 14 days of purchase with complete with your receipt, we cannot accept any returns outside this 14 day period. 

All returns must be in the same condition as it was received and in it’s original packaging. 

We cannot accept returns for perishable goods. If you have any issues with any food that you have received, we will more than happy to issue a refund or an exchange.

You are responsible for the shipping costs on any returns. We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns. We cannot be held responsible for any lost deliveries before that arrive with us.
