RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to enjoy everything as much as we do, and want to ensure you have the very best quality products and customer service from us. If you have any issues with any items purchased from The British Deli please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve.
Any returns need to be with us within 14 days of delivery, complete with your receipt, regretfully we cannot accept any returns outside of this 14 day period.
All returns must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods. If you have any issues with any food that you have received, we will more than happy to issue a refund or an exchange.

You are responsible for the shipping costs on any returns. We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns. We cannot be held responsible for return deliveries lost in transit.
