The addition of fragrant pink peppercorns to our Cornish Charcuterie salami adds a new dimension of warmth and aroma without the heat that is associated with black pepper. 

Our traditional salami is made to an Italian recipe, from home reared Cornish Lop pork and Ruby beef. Matured slowly with a light Beech smoke.

These sticks make a perfect rustic edition to any picnic basket, hamper or charcuterie board. They also look fantastic hanging up in the kitchen.

Our salami sticks can be stored in a cool, dry place and have a shelf life of up to 4 weeks.
